These terms govern the targetspace.ai website and its pilot application intake, operated by TargetSpace Labs — the commercial arm of the open TargetSpace benchmark.
Draft — to be reviewed by counsel before major customer deployments.
By accessing targetspace.ai, or by submitting an application through this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms cover the targetspace.ai website and its application intake only. Commercial engagements — including pilot evaluations, audits, and certification readiness assessments — are governed by separate written agreements between TargetSpace Labs and the participating organization. Where such an agreement exists, it controls over these terms for the matters it addresses.
targetspace.ai is currently an informational website and an application intake for the TargetSpace Labs pilot program. The program is pre-pilot: no evaluation engagements have completed, and no results — and no human-subject results — are claimed anywhere on this site. The sample report available on this site is synthetic, is labeled as such, and illustrates the report format only.
Submitting a pilot application does not create an engagement and does not guarantee acceptance into the pilot program. Applications are reviewed manually and may be declined at our discretion. By applying, you represent that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the organization you name. The pilot program is open to companies and research labs only; applications from individuals are not accepted at this time.
In connection with this site, you agree not to:
We may restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates this section.
The content of this site — text, design, graphics, and sample materials — is © TargetSpace Labs. The open TargetSpace benchmark maintained at targetspace.org is separately licensed: its evaluation harness is released under the MIT License, and license details are published on that site. The “TargetSpace” name is used for both the open standard and the commercial arm; use of the name in either context does not grant rights in the other.
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Sample materials, including the sample report, are illustrative only and describe no real system, cohort, or result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TargetSpace Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law and any associated venue provision are draft placeholders, to be confirmed by counsel.
Questions about these terms may be directed to legal@targetspace.ai.
